What you can expect:
In this position, you will support our 6-person Global Sales and Operations team in all administrative tasks. Your main tasks include:
- Creating various documents (shipping documents, invoices, data sheets, etc.)
- Independent processing of customer orders
- Correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Answering customer enquiries and coordinating with team members
Who you are:
You are motivated, flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic, sometimes hectic environment. You are looking forward to supporting a small team in a committed and energetic manner and have a structured way of working. Thanks to your attentive eye and your ability to grasp things quickly, you are able to familiarize yourself quickly with your field of work. You are familiar with all MS Office programs.
You are very experienced in using all MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel. You have a commercial education and have already gained a few years of experience. Your mother tongue is Chinese or Japanese and you speak fluent English.
If you are also open to different personalities and cultures, like a family atmosphere and want to contribute to the further success of the company, you will fit well into the multicultural team.
