**Title: Sales and Customer Advisor**

Place of work: Châtel-St-Denis Office

Duration: Permanent position

**Our Company**

Future Health Biobank is a Human Tissue bank specializing in the collection, processing, testing and long-term storage of stem cells or tissue derived from Cord Blood, Cord Tissue, Dental Pulp.

**Responsibilities**

Sales
- Support prospective clients and provide information/ clarifications on our services
- Prepare and send Information Package to clients / convert to sales
- Prepare and send material necessary for the service
- Follow up with Clients (Results, certificates, missing info, invoice)
- General administrative tasks

Other tasks
- Assist the department in Exhibitions, Congresses, Presentations ( organisation/assistance)
- Support by the adaptation/translation of marketing Material

**Skills required**
- Customer oriented; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact externally & internally.
- German: mother tongue (Swiss German is a plus); Good knowledge of English and French
- Ability to work independently and in group in a timely, organized, methodical manner
- Experience in the field of the Medico-Pharmaceutical products is a plus
- Computer skills (Office - Data base)

**Remuneration & Training**
- Remuneration will be attributed on a salary basis + Bonus

Schedule:

- 8 Hour Shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Swiss German (preferred)
- French (preferred)
