We seek a seasoned AI-Powered Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Job Description:
- AI Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive AI strategy for sales and marketing, identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize AI and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, extract actionable insights, and develop predictive models for customer behavior, lead scoring, and sales forecasting.
- Personalization and Targeting: Implement AI-powered personalization techniques to tailor marketing messages, content, and offers to individual customer preferences and behaviors, increasing relevance and conversion rates.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to integrate AI tools and insights into sales processes, providing predictive analytics, lead recommendations, and prospect prioritization to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Marketing Automation: Implement AI-driven marketing automation solutions to streamline marketing workflows, optimize campaign performance, and deliver personalized content at scale across various channels.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop AI-driven customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and demographic data, enabling targeted marketing campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI-driven sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics and iterating on strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, data science, and IT, to align AI initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to sales and marketing functions, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of AI algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis tools, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with AI-powered sales and marketing platforms and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and predictive analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact and continuous improvement through AI-driven initiatives.
