FinanceScout24 is the start-up within SMG with around fourty dedicated colleagues in Switzerland, Germany and Serbia. We are fast, we have lots of ideas and we also sometimes do things that don’t work out. But we focus on our successes and on growing together every day: As a team, as a business unit within SMG and on an individual basis.

- Analyse the customer journey and identify the areas of opportunity, from landing pages to complete funnels
- Build and own the backlog of ideas, prioritise them together with the teams and feed them into the backlog
- Define hypothesis, build the test setup and ensure the execution
- Collect the results, provide the analysis and come up with proposals of final implementations
- Collaborate closely with the FinanceScout24 product and data analytics teams (Product Managers, Product Designers, Software Engineers and Data Engineers)
- support the growth with concrete measures
- Constantly improve the existing products
- Improve conversions from landing page through the product funnels

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are / What you bring**:

- Experienced in experimentation, funnel analysis and conversion optimization
- Experienced with A/B testing frameworks
- Knowledge in psychological patterns to understand the users and their needs
- Knowhow in Online-Marketing and E-Commerce
- An understanding of marketplace eco systems
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
- Experienced with agile teams (z.B. Scrum)
- Interest in user research
- Bachelor or similar in either economics, psychology or IT
