We are seeking a highly results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing & growth team of four people. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels.**WePractice**:

**What impact do you have?**:
Establish goals, KPI’s and strategies that drive overall success
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, including conversion rate, cost per lead, and overall ROI for two different customer segments
Work closely with the sales and community management team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and customer needs
Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and make recommendations for future campaigns
Analyze our different target audiences and conduct user interviews
Stay up-to-date with industry and behavioral trends, best practices, and continuously test and iterate on campaign strategies to improve results

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and strong understanding of marketing and sales journeys
