Digital Health and Distributed Ledger Technology (blockchain) are two important fields where we believe we can help Switzerland become stronger.

Tasks

For our Zurich office, starting as soon as possible (upon agreement), we are looking for a:
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER in the field of "Digital health and blockchain" (M/F/d) 80%

As a project manager in Digital Health and Distributed Ledger Technology, you will support the ambitious milestones from both initiatives from day one. Your tasks will include:

- Programme management overall support
- Coordination and support of different projects/milestones within the two topic fields working on your own initiative
- Research and analysis of the Swiss ecosystem in the field of healthcare
- Planning and execution: Support in the organisation of events, meetings or workshops within Switzerland (administrative and operational tasks)
- Stakeholder management: coordination with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Comms, Member Engagement, Operations, Finance) including regional counterparts around Switzerland and external (partnerships)Communication support (e.g. topic articles, content creation for social media)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor and/or Master degree in innovation management, engineering or business (FH/Uni)
- \+2 years work experience in project management (internships included and preferably in an interdisciplinary environment)
- Independent, adaptable, entrepreneurial working style, team player and fast learner
- German or French speaker and fluent in English (company business language is English)
- Familiar with creative-thinking, human-centred design and agile methodology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- An avid user of new technologies, methodologies and topics
