Junior Operations Manager

Are you an experienced hands-on top talent and are looking for a new challenge in the field of Structured Products while learning about other alternative investments? Is your ambition to produce diligent work and improve operational processes for the business to become more streamlined and scalable? Due to the growth of our team (Lifecycle Management), we are now looking for a Junior Operations Manager **with immediate availability**. You will have the chance to work with an experienced international team with a diversified background, who have become specialists in their field focusing on both bankable and non-bankable assets.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Helping with the operations of issued products (daily business incl. special cases):

- Processing of primary and secondary market transactions, product NAV reporting, payment instructions, corporate action events (e.g. interest/coupon flows, expirations/terminations, early redemptions), quarterly fee invoicing, paying agent fee reconciliations, asset overview reporting, recurring invoicing, ESTV reporting, etc.
- Resolving relevant internal (Structuring, Key Accounts) and external (client, third parties) queries
- Support senior members in managing data and process optimization topics (incl. automation, quality controlling, documentation, and clean-up exercises)
- Support senior members on project work with developers (ticket writing for technical implementation, testing)
- Work in close collaboration with the rest of the Lifecycle team (but know how to work independently)
- Supporting product valuation (i.e. pricing) matters if needed

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or any other quantitative field from a reputable university achieving above-average results.
- Work experience: Mid-office / Operations in a reputable financial institution (up to 3 years)
- Soft skills: diligence, reliability, analytical, intellectual curiosity, motivated/entrepreneurial, team player, organized, client and service orientated, front-to-end thinking
- Hard skills: Excel (Expert). _Nice to have: VBA and Bloomberg experience_

Please note that a Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is required.
