**Responsibilities**:
As part of the Operations Team, you will support to build, shape, maintain and curate our network of service providers (i.e., coaches, psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychiatrists). Your responsibilities include:

- **Shape**: Onboard new providers and integrate as part of the Kyan Health network. This includes organizing and running training sessions, familiarizing new providers with the Kyan Health App and processes.
- **Maintain & Curate**: Support the team to manage the community of providers and create excitement to be part of the Kyan Health network.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in psychology or similar
- Previous work experience is a plus
- Strong passion and excitement for mental wellbeing & health
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and German, any additional language is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to drive own work independently with mínimal guidance
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to go the extra mile for our providers, members, and customers
- Highly organized and effective with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn fast and be flexible
