THE OPPORTUNITY

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Business Development Managers and support pushing the sales pipeline forward
- Collaborate with the Software Development and Bioinformatics teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Assist customers with installation, setup, and configuration of our software products
- Create and maintain support material and knowledge base articles
- Maintaining and manage our support-providing tool
- Lead customer training and education programs, including webinars, tutorials, workshops, etc.
- Participate in customer feedback sessions to drive product improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in mass spectrometry proteomics

YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Analitical Chemistry, or an equivalent scientific field
- Strong understanding of mass spectrometry, proteomics, and data analysis
- Experience with Biognosys software products or similar proteomics data analysis software is a big plus
- Independent, responsible, and accurate working style
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and conferences, including to the US when relevant
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
