- Conducting qualitative and quantitative User research.
- Apply user-focused design methods to simplifying complex user problems.
- Create concepts, wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences on desktop and mobile.
- Facilitating Workshops and Design Sprints with cross-functional Teams and contributing to the product strategy.
- Drive innovation by developing concepts for new AI-powered products.
- Manage timelines, backlog and deliverables.
- Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to the rest of the team and upper management.
- Working closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketing, sales, project managers and end customers.
- Serving as the primary contact for all product and design-related questions.
- Maintaining a white-label design system with reusable components and guidelines.
Who we are looking for ...
- A visionary designer with a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences and a get-it-done mindset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design.
- A dynamic communicator fluent in German and English to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record in product design or a similar role with a strong user-centered-mindset, particularly with an interest and/or experience in AI.
- Experience using industry-standard methodologies and design tools (e.g. Figma).
- Passion for innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in product design.
- Experience in Digital Banking, with B2B2C solutions and a technical understanding are a plus.
- Experience with a white-label B2B2C solution is a plus.
