- Do you want to be based in Zurich/Tokyo/US and work with a leading AI Research Lab?Sony AI is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven individual with expertise in Digital Chip Design for an internship, where you will work in our Zurich or Tokyo lab, or potentially we can entertain home-based workers in the US.

- Contribute to projects related to the design, verification, and integration of digital integrated systems-
- Run automated simulations and analyse the performance of the digital systems under test-
- Support the research community by developing groundbreaking data structures, for the processing of Chip Design data-
- Write reports and give presentations for internal audiences-
- Publish papers on top-tier venues-
- Write code to support research, usually in SystemVerilog, VHDL, Python, C++, Julia, Shell scripting-
- Work closely with a team of AI researchers and engineers in the US, Switzerland, and Japan on ambitious AI projectsYou will bring:
Background in electrical engineering (BSc., MSc.) and relevant knowledge in digital design-
- Some work experience post-degree is a plus-
- Knowledge of mixed-signal design and SPICE, Verilog, Synopsis/Mentor/Candence tool set, etc. is a plus-
- Solid programming skills using SystemVerilog, VHDL, Python, C++, Julia, Shell scripting-
- Experience with sensor circuit designs is a big plus-
- Excellent oral and written EnglishYour new office
