**Project Manager (f/m/d)**
**- Schlieren

- Be part of a cross-functional R&D team with and entrepreneurial and dynamic spirit in a globally active company
- Lead product development throughout its lifecycle from concept to product release with the focus on time to market
- Adapting and developing disruptive technologies for accelerating markets
- Facilitate the working progress of your project team members through close cooperation, and suitable project progress meetings including group meetings and design review meetings
- Define, jointly with the Product Manager and the Software Product Owner specialist all project plan documents, including scope, schedule and risk management plans
- Monitor and control project KPI’s, oversee project invoicing status, cost and expenses
- Capture, analyse and share lessons learned throughout the project

**This is you**:

- Keen to work in an agile and fast adapting environment
- Passionate about leading people and projects with a proven experience for at least one full product development cycle
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals and agile methods
- Open for challenges, and ability to think outside-the-box
- Use your strong soft skills for inspiring your teams and creating an open environment in which everyone participates
- A confident communicator, able of providing clear direction to project team members as well as accurate concise feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluent in English and German
