We are looking for a Project Manager who will manage the Switzerland market from our office

based in Lausanne.

Main responsibilities include:

- Coordinate people and processes to ensure timely delivery of projects and premium

service for our customers
- Be the key contact person for everything related to the organization and timing of a

project

meet deadlines
- Preparation and coordination of projects from a logistic and graphic point of view : this

includes communicating with customers and the Sales team, the Design and Operations

team, and our field event Installers
- Management of operational staff (hostesses, installers, stewards) and suppliers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Project Manager we are looking for:

- has a C1/C2 level in French with ideally the same level in German.
- has excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- is a recently graduate, or a brilliant undergraduate with 2 to 3 years of successful

experience
- has organizational skills and is able to manage complexities
- is very organized and capable of managing various multi-task activities by discerning

priorities
- is capable of critical thinking and takes the initiative
- has passion, ambition and the ability to work independently
- has the will to learn and the will to evolve in a startup environment
- knows how to work in a team and is able to work within strict deadlines
- has a passion for technology, practicality in manual work and likes photography (plus)

attend and participate in meetings with the Marketing and Senior Account Managers of large

companies or communication agencies. Previous experience in the Marketing / Digital and / or

Events sector will be considered a strong plus.
