Key Responsibilities- Operations & Project Management
- Establish clear goals and objectives, prioritize tasks, and develop effective systems and processes to manage time, resources, and information.
- Oversee operational tasks, including yearly workflows, relating to tax compliance, including recommendations issued.
- Supervise second-line of defense controls to ensure procedures are properly applied internally.
- Oversee the timely preparation of all tax compliance reportings.
- Team Management
- Lead and support a team of 3 persons, fostering a positive work atmosphere and setting performance expectations.
- Support employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement opportunities.
- Ensure new hires are properly introduced to the team and the organization.
- Master of Laws is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of French and English are a must; proficiency with Excel is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years track record in QI, FATCA and AEOI, preferably in a banking environment.
- Previous experience in a management role.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
