About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager to join our team at Alstom. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on environmental, health, and safety matters across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide EHS leadership and support to the EHS Manager and other stakeholders
- Conduct systematic risk analysis of the work environment and identify areas for improvement
- Work with managers and staff to establish a culture of continuous improvement in EHS
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs
- Manage and analyze EHS data and trends to inform decision-making
- Communicate EHS results and progress to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Represent Alstom in external EHS forums and working groups
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a complex industry
- Relevant working experience, preferably in an industrial setting
- Experience in site auditing and health and safety inspections
- Knowledge of security topics and international EHS standards
- Familiarity with working in an international and matrix environment
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills
