EHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on EHS matters, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Alstom standards.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees and contractors on EHS best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with EHS.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication.
- 5-10 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a complex industrial environment.
- Relevant working experience, preferably in an industrial background.
- Experience in site auditing and health and safety inspections.
- Knowledge of security topics and familiarity with working in an international and matrix environment.
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
