Junior Campaign Manager

We are now looking for a Junior Campaign Manager in our office in Lausanne Ecublens. Join our 9-strong marketing team based in Zurich, Lausanne and Berlin to help us realise our vision of the eFood provider of the future

Vos missions
- Planning marketing campaigns throughout the year (recurring ones like Christmas, barbecue season, Easter, etc., as well as ad hoc ones). This includes working with an agency.

- Prepare and check with a critical eye all marketing assets (both print and digital).

- Project management of the entire campaign**: internally within the Marketing team (design, content, performance), with other departments (mainly Purchasing and IT), as well as externally with the agency and external video producer.
- Filing invoices

- Checking the budget file to make sure all invoices are processed in time.
- Take care of partnerships

- Proactive research of new partners

- Constant upkeep of existing partnerships
- Updating (and occasionally building) HTML & CMS-based landing pages.
- Target group research and segment creation.
- Preparation of reports and budget planning for the campaigns.

Vos compétences
- Higher education in Marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally in marketing.
- Proven experience in project management (ideally you have been working with Jira/Confluence before).
- Knowledge/understanding of HTML & CMS-code would be a plus.
- You are an all-round person; all elements of marketing inspire you.
- You have an absolute talent for the written word and numbers, with a slight tendency towards perfectionism.
- You have a very strong eye for details.
- You prefer to get started by learning-by-doing independently under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- You are comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
- You have excellent spoken and written English & French language skills. German will be a great plus.
- You are versatile and flexible.
- You have a strong ability to prioritise important tasks without losing sight of the big picture.
- Multitasking is your strength.
