Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Director, MAKE Global Business Process Owner (New Consumer Health Company). The position is recruited in every Consumer Health site location in NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.

**Position Description**:
MAKE Automation, Sciences & Technology (MAKE AS&T) is the Global MAKE functional pillar of the J&J Consumer Health Global Value Chain (GVC) Organization. It is the technical and operational excellence backbone of the Consumer Health Supply Chain providing Technical Ownership and Executional Excellence, maximizing the synergy of product, process, and equipment.

Digital Transformation is a critical component of the Consumer Health strategy to become a digital first company. Consumer Health is investing significantly to align its manufacturing technology strategy and its global manufacturing strategy, focusing on data, digital and automation to bring Consumer Health Supply Chain’s manufacturing capabilities to the next level.

The Director MAKE Global Business Process Owner will be responsible for the overall business design, evolution, standardization of the end-to-end manufacturing processes. The role will lead a team of global senior business process owners that will enable disruptive process improvements and technological innovation.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
Business Process Ownership

The leader will set up the manufacturing consumer process improvement, innovation, harmonization, and standardization strategy. The leader will support the team, provide process oversight, and guarantee the end-to-end integration across all manufacturing process domains. The leader will drive the cultural change and align the MAKE organization to guarantee business process adoption and core design implementation across the sites. The leader will actively shape the roadmap towards our manufacturing of the future working closely with manufacturing business leaders to find opportunities for automation, digitalization and evolutions of our technology and IT manufacturing landscape.

The MAKE global business process owners’ team will cover the following processes:

- Manufacturing science and integration with product life cycle, R&D, and quality
- Manufacturing shop floor execution, process, and controls
- Manufacturing warehouse, material flow and integration with procurement, planning and distribution
- Performance metrics and analytics
- Asset management and maintenance

**Projects and Programs**

The role will ensure the right support will be provided to projects and programs staffing accordingly the global business process owners’ team.

The role will ensure the appropriate consumer manufacturing data strategy will be set up in line with the evolution of the manufacturing processes and needs.

The role will work collaboratively with the MAKE business process leads within the ERP OneS4 transformation to ensure full alignment of this critical interdependent program. The role will also ensure full integration of the ERP OneS4 program roadmap with the process improvement and innovation roadmap.

**Team Management**

Lead a team of global business process owners (4-7 direct reports and 5-7 indirect reports) providing mentoring, coaching, and direction setting.

**Qualifications**

**Required Minimum Education**:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Preferred Area of Study: Engineering/Science.

**Experience**:
10 years of related experience in Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver). Line Management experience in Manufacturing
