**Votre mission**:
LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client, acteur mondial de la pièce automobile, un Business Process Owner (BPO) dans le cadre d’une création de poste.

Le Business Process Owner (BPO) Europe - est owner de l’ensemble du process C2Q (Contact To Quote) qui consiste à convertir des contacts clients/prospects en devis/demande qualifiée, dans un but de de conquête de nouveaux clients, de fidélisation de cross-sell ou d’up-sell.

Missions:

- Gérer le cycle complet du process C2Q (Contact to Quote), y compris la conception, la modélisation la mise en œuvre et le suivi de la performance,
- Etablir une communauté autour des process C2Q en lien avec les Business Process Owners régionaux et l’ensemble des métiers impliqués,
- Rationnaliser, centraliser la définition des processus et sous-process C2Q au niveau Europe, dans le cadre d’une harmonisation de l’approche Contact To Quote,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes informatiques pour s’assurer de l’intégration des sujets C2Q dans la roadmap et l’architecture IT,
- Piloter la gouvernance de l’ensemble des projets et outils liés au C2Q en Europe,
- Construction et suivi des Kpis relatifs aux process mis en place,
- Manager une équipe de deux personnes.

**Votre profil**:
De formation Bac+5 en Marketing ou Ventes, vous disposez d’au moins cinq ans d’expérience sur des sujets C2Q (Contact To Quote) ou service client. Vous êtes expert dans la construction de process de Sales Enablement, de génération de leads, ou de schémas de vente omnicanaux.

Vous avez également de bonnes connaissances des approches Six Sigma, Lean ou BPMN et de solides compétences en gestion de projets.

- Excellent leadership,
- Très bonne communication orale et écrite
- Capacité à travailler en transverse dans un contexte international
- Très bonne aptitude à la résolution de problèmes
- Anglais bilingue

Poste en Full Remote à partir de la France, du UK, de l’Allemagne, du Benelux ou de l’Italie.

Le poste nécessitera 40% de déplacements en Europe.
