**About this opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Executive** to drive the growth of INAIT’s AI solutions in Western Europe. The primary focus of the role will be to identify, qualify and win new business opportunities within existing or new accounts. Responsibilities include full cycle sales: opportunity identification, securing and managing clients, understanding client needs and addressing their concerns, proposing solutions, obtaining SOWs, negotiating, and closing the deal. Work closely with product management & marketing and as well as our product teams. Perspective to build up a team for presales and customers operations.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- At least 10 years sales and business development experience with a proven and successful track record in structuring and closing commercial deal
- Established contacts and network in different industry
- Proven experience in working with partners and channels to deliver technology
- Has worked at a technology start-up, ideally in the software business
- Has worked in a large technology company, systems integrator or consulting firm
- Has sold complex technical solutions, including software, SaaS, and professional services
- Familiar with technology licensing models
- Proven record of creating business cases, business plans, and board-level presentations
- Some experience of being more than an individual contributor
- Cross-industry sales experience a plus

- Familiar with business value selling practices that drive sales of complex solutions (e.g. Design Thinking, Business Value Engineering, Challenger sales etc.).
- Integrity & honesty in all business dealings
