**Project Assistant HR Consulting (40 - 60 %) für unseren Standort in Bern**

(Arbeitseinsätze an anderen Standorten teilweise möglich)

In dieser interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit haben Sie die folgenden Aufgaben:

- Projektunterstützung der Senior Manager und Senior Consultants im Geschäftsfeld Assessment
- Mitarbeit bei Gruppen-Assessments oder Workshops, sowohl konzeptionell als auch organisatorisch
- Desk Research zu verschiedenen HR Themen
- Mithilfe bei der Konzeption und Auswertung von Befragungen
- Koordination und Organisation von Ausschreibungen
- Allgemeiner administrativer Business-Support für Senior Manager und Senior Consultants

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Psychologie. Idealerweise am Anfang des Masterstudiums
- Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und redaktionelle Fähigkeiten mit hoher Qualitätsorientierung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe; Fähigkeit Probleme schnell zu erfassen und lösungsorientiert zu bearbeiten
- Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil (idealerweise im Bereich HR oder Consulting)
- Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Eigenmotivation und Selbstständigkeit
