Tasks

As a Supply Chain/Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing Support and Advice to the Supply Chain Department of our client. Responsibilities are the following:

- Closely collaborating with Supply Chain and Logistics Leaders in order to develop and improve processes and structures within the Business Units
- Developing and implementing operational strategies according to the requirements of the Business Units
- Drive implementations of operational Excellence roadmap, assessing progress and defining actions
- Ensures compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Identifies opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and systems
- Work with functional leaders to establish and achieve continuous improvement goals
- Active development, design and implementation of continuous improvements

**Requirements**:

- This role is at a Senior level and requires at least 5-10 years relevant industry experience.
- Significant logistics experience, ideally in a Pharmaceutical environment
- Lean Practitioner, certified Green Belt/ Black Belt Certification is a plus
- Strong Project Management skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented work approach
- Excellent communication skills (English & German) and interaction with all kinds of internal and external interfaces
- University degree (Master’s Degree, PharmD or PhD in a scientific discipline)
- Familiar with EU GMP
