Our Vision - at hystrix we are creating the hub for healthcare market information in Switzerland and beyond.

Why?
\- By dramatically accelerating everyday processes at the healthcare
procurement/distribution interface, we help free up relevant resources at both our supplier and buyer clients accordingly.

What?
We are building the first digital procurement and sales platform in the Swiss healthcare sector that is integrated into the ERP systems of our client users for the fast & effective negotiating and contracting of regularly used medical products. Furthermore, we are expanding that solution regionally to provide the software to hospital groups and group purchasing organisations.

As a link between the supply side and the buy side, hystrix medical enables all parties involved to bring speed, transparency and convenience into their processes - characteristics that have long been a prerequisite in B2C consumer goods sectors.

Aufgaben
- Coordinate and execute business development processes, acquire new leads through cold calling and proactive new customer engagement. Continuing to build on existing customer relationships and leads also important, but secondary to new lead generation. We are looking for hunters rather than farmers here ;-)
- Identify the best solution offerings with our products and services based on the requirements of our customers & prospects
- Active management of the sales processes
- Contact persons you will inspire to become hystrix-community members include in the first instance top management of healthcare institutions, followed by procurement teams who will be directly involved in utilsing the hystrix solution.
- Creation, planning and conducting presentation workshops internally and externally
- Pitch deck content design & optimisation (ppt)
- Responsibility for the lifecycle management of our users
- Onboarding, informing, and training of platform users with regard to new functionalities
- Long-term support on daily operations for existing and new users
- Provision of advice and support in the event of user challenges and proactive collection of user feedback enabling the optimisation of platform functionalities in cooperation with our IT department

Qualifikation
- Passionately driven team player who cares genuinely about clients and colleagues alike, and who is open to discover and embrace the challenges we are solving in the healthcare sector in Switzerland
- Experience in business development & sales required, ideally 2-3 years of previous experience in the Swiss healthcare sector from industry (medical products) or the service provider side (hospital, nursing home)
- Goal-oriented personality with excellent presentational skills
- Affinity for IT solutions/technology enabling you to bring new users on board in a competent and understanding manner
- Structured way of working, ideally experience in dealing with CRM processes
- German (mother tongue) and fluent French (Italian and English advantageous)
- 2-3 years of professional experience in software-related consulting and/or (IT) project management would be advantageous
- Further education in the field of business development / sales would be an advantage
- Valid work permit CH/EU
- Driving license category B advantageous
