Als Recruiting-Partner der Delica AG suchen wir genau Dich als **Lean Manager (w/m/d)** für den Standort in Birsfelden. In Deiner Position kümmerst Du Dich, mit voller Unterstützung Deiner Mitarbeitenden, um die Prozessoptimierung im Genuss-Segment der Migros-Industrie (Chocolat Frey, Café Royal, Crème d'Or). **Was Du tun wirst**
- Projektleitung und Koordination von Verbesserungsinitiativen
- Performanceanalysen von Anlagen und Prozessen mit Lean/Six Sigma Methoden
- Selbständiges Projektmanagement sowie Weiterentwicklung von standardisierten Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
- Coaching von Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Operations auf Lean/Six Sigma Methoden
- Mitwirkung bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten im Auftrag der Produktionsleitung und des Segments

**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- Höhere Fachschule und weiterführende Ausbildung im Bereich Lean/Six Sigma
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pharma-, Medizinal-, Nahrungsmittel
- oder Verpackungsindustrie mit fundierter Erfahrung im Thema Lean
- Erfahrung mit Lean Programmen, Six Sigma Tools und Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten
- Erfahrung mit SAP oder anderen ERP-Programmen
- Selbständigkeit sowie proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse

**Nice to Have**
- Kenntnisse eines Statistikprogramms
- En: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung
