The purpose of this position is to drive the digitalisation in Real Estate as project and change manager. This includes the execution of this strategic transformation programme, where process harmonisation, data management as well as the integration of sustainability are core aspects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with programme management on strategic initiatives execution and the associated change management, communication strategy and execution plans- Lead sub-projects throughout the programme to support the implementation of the overall programme mission- Define and manage governance processes (e.g., risk management, change request management)- Run and support meeting organisation, presentation preparation and moderation of workshops or meetings- Responsible for the oversight of programme budget, scope and resources management- Drive programme communication towards relevant stakeholders in collaboration with Corporate Communications- Act as role model for high quality standards and empower team members in delivery excellence
Experience- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project management with a track record of a leading PMO function with a preference for the financial industry, real estate sector or in consulting- A university degree from a renowned university- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong drive to get things done with high quality standards- Well-structured personality and transparent team player- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment- Fluency in German and English, French would be an advantage- Flexible and able to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast-paced organization with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)- Project management or agile certification (e.g., PMP, Prince II, Scrum Master)
