**Real Estate Project Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to oversee and manage our real estate projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for providing solutions for various aspects of building engineering, including land due diligence and the realization of approved investments. Your goal will be to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of projects, leveraging our business aspirations.

**Workload**: 80-100% (Flexible)

**Job Level**: Professional (3-5 years of experience)

**Language Requirement**: English (Must-have); German or French (Advantageous)

**Location**: Zürich / Hybrid (Remote work within Switzerland)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage real estate projects throughout the entire project life cycle, from initial planning to final completion.
- Provide innovative and effective solutions for various building engineering aspects, including legal considerations and investment implementation.
- Ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of projects, adhering to project budgets and schedules.
- Identify and define the scope of potential projects, conduct risk assessments, and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare project timelines and monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary.
- Implement and manage projects based on the Group Real Estate gate model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Project Manager or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of building engineering and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in both German and English, as the team primarily communicates in English.
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and utilize new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home (smart working)
