- Then we are looking for someone like you to:
- run the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) processes including the GEB QBR. Actively steer and challenge the group portfolio
- drive QBR improvements and moving from programs to products across divisional / functional portfolios.
- support strategic change and how we manage the firm’s D&E portfolio including use of objectives and key results (OKRs)
- be an instrumental team member who is capable of delivering complex change to the firm including large strategic and regulatory initiatives

- You'll be working in the CDIO COO QBR team in Zurich. We are responsible for supporting the Head of CDIO COO in bringing together the organization to deliver on the Group strategy and priorities. **Your expertise**
- high level of drive and commitment to high quality on-time delivery and flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments
- have 5+ years of experience in change management or project management, preferably in a financial services environment
- strong analytical skills, sound judgement capabilities and the ability to critically assess complex change proposals
- well structured, very reliable and dedicated; high attention to detail, ability to handle a significant number of parallel tasks, dependencies and issues
- flexible and able to respond quickly to urgent requests
- an effective communicator & facilitator and adept in managing stakeholders
- skilled at presenting both in written materials and verbally
- team-oriented, whilst also comfortable being relied upon to prioritize work and operate independently
- experience with concepts such as OKRs and QBRs is beneficial
