Overview:
As Enterprise Sales Manager for the public sector in Switzerland you will develop existing and new customer relationships with the Federal Government and the largest cantons.

You will be part of our enterprise sales team, working with UiPath's largest accounts in the region. We are a team of experienced, entrepreneurial, and high-energy software sales professionals. We work with C-level executives and business leaders to help optimise and automate business processes. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges, and driving the sales process from prospecting to closing.

**This position is home-office based from anywhere in Switzerland within reasonable distance from Bern and/or Zurich where our public customers reside.**

What you'll do at UiPath:

- Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly schedule
- Build a brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions through our value-selling approach
- Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the public sector
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
- Collaborate with presales and Customer Success groups to make sure the customer receives maximum value throughout their lifecycle
- Keep up-to-date with the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand the needs and requirements of our customers

What you'll bring to the team:

- 5+ years of solution/value selling experience in a tech company, selling directly to C-level at Swiss Federal Government and cantons
- Successful quota attainment by expanding existing accounts, as well as acquiring new logos
- Track record of success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development
- High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence internally and externally
- Ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
- Data-orientated approach to the territory including sustainable account planning across the entire customer lifecycle
- Fluency in German and English, French is an asset
