The **Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support** **(f/m/d) **for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Instruments Order Handling, Contract Management; Customer Management.

This position is part of the European Diagnostics Customer Service located in Nyon and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Customer Service Department and report to the Regional Supervisor Non-technical customer support responsible for Managing customer service. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Booking, shipping and follow-up of all types of instrument orders
- Responsible for creation, maintenance, termination and renewal of sales contracts and proposals
- Handling all customers calls by taking ownership and responsibility, ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations
- Contribution to daily management ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- French mother tongue, English fluent and other languages a plus
- High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 2+ years’ experience in a customer support position and/or with customer service administration where calls handling, shipping, invoicing of products has been your main task
- You master Ms Office, and you worked with SAP or Oracle
- Urgency focus: To be well organized is for you a must and you know how to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer focused: know how to handle in the best way customers' requests and complaints
