**POS Service Representative/Merchandiser (H/F) (80%)**

**La mission principale de ce rôle est d'assurer un service de merchandising professionnel aux Clients Grandes Comptes dans la Suisse Romande.**

**Les missions qui vous attendent**:

- Effectuer le suivi de tous les comptes clés dans le domaine défini selon des plans hebdomadaires fixes ;
- Mise en œuvre et modifications de la mise en place au point de vente ;
- Contrôle de la mise en page - Visual Merchandising ;
- Remonter les informations terrain à travers des listes de contrôle définies lors de chaque visite ;
- Saisir les commandes et contrôler les livraisons au point de vente ;
- Traiter les commandes des consommateurs ;
- Surveiller les livraisons et les listes d'arriérés ;
- Effectuer des contrôles de stock (paramètres) ;
- Assurer le reporting vis-à-vis de la direction du Merchandising et de la Centrale de Bad Zurzach ;
- Observer en permanence le marché et fournir les informations en retour correspondantes ;
- Effectuer des inventaires pour les clients de la consigne (Globus).

**Le profil que nous recherchons**:

- **Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la vente au détail, idéalement dans l'industrie du Vêtement / de la Mode ou Beauté / Cosmétique ;**:

- On pourra compter sur votre c**onnaissance approfondie de l'assortiment pour offrir des informations cibles sur nos produits ;**:

- **Vous démontrez des excellentes aptitudes de communication en Français, la connaissance de l’Allemand représentant un atout ;**:

- **Vous faites preuve d’une bonne capacite de gestion du temps et d’organisation ;**:

- **Vous êtes capable de mettre en place, développer et entretenir des relations d’affaires et avec les clients **de la consigne ;
- **Les déplacements professionnels ne sont pas un frein pour vous et vous possédez le Permis de conduire B ;**:

- **Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’outil informatique (MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;**:

- Vous êtes domicilié(e) sur le secteur à couvrir.
