Our Sales Department in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a

**Retail District Manager for Switzerland**

**(M/F/d) (100%)**

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales and operating standards within Triumph Retail and Franchise stores. You will oversee the activities of Triumph Store Managers, Sales Assistants and Franchise partners, ensuring full compliance to Company policies and procedures.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure operational excellence and strategy execution for the Swiss Market together with Head of Retail DACH & NORTH
- Actively drive recruitment, training, motivation, and communication of store personnel
- Complete store visit reports and ensure full compliance
- Plan and attend stock takes within the designated district
- Complete and submit weekly and monthly operations reports as required
- Continually monitor store documentation to ensure accurate completion, with particular attention to security implications
- Supervise the operation of new store openings, closures, re-locations and re-fits, ensuring adherence to operational schedules
- Mange seasonal training as well as area
- and peak trade meetings in collaboration with the Head of Retail
- Ensure good communication to support alignment between stores, back office support personnel and field based personnel to efficiently disseminate all information necessary for successful district operations
- Build close working relationships with the Triumph marketing team to ensure store events, GWP and POS are in line with brand guidelines and appropriate support can be provided

**Your Ideal Profile**:

- You possess a University Degree ideally in Commerce or Business Administration
- You have acquired previous experience as a district manager, ideally in a retail environment
- You have the ability to meet strategic requirements and implement them in designated markets
- You have strong analytical and reporting skills and a good understanding of retail KPIs
- You are able to demonstrate leadership, co-operation and exceptional customer service skills
- You are able to organize, motivate, train and supervise the staff reporting to you
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German, French and Italian language skills would represent a plus
