Procurement Process Analyst & SAP Key User P2P (m/f/d)

• Drive the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process for the operational procurement team
• Work alongside the global P2P team for the local SAP S4/Hana rollout
• Develop standardized ways of working (WoW), record processes and keep all templates up to date
• Develop and update P2P working instructions and provide training for all end users
• Support and govern all procurement-related master data and accompany the migration efforts
• Analyze existing processes and systems for further potential of optimization with the goal to provide recommendations for continuous improvement projects
• Oversee and execute procurement transactions to assure effective, efficient, and timely delivery of procurement services
• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the company to ensure effective coordination of sourcing activities while ensuring that established processes are followed and compliance requirements are met

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain or a comparable field
• Professional experience in procurement operations
• Experience to work cross-functionally in a diverse team
• SAP experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A natural sense for continuous improvement
• Business fluent in English, German or Spanish would be a plus
