We are looking for a Head of Category Supply Planning (m/f/d).Dive into the exciting world of our supply chain and take responsibility for the finished goods inventory of the Hero Group within Europe.
This is what you can expect:
  1. Lead a dedicated team of Category Supply Planners and Material Planners and actively shape the future of supply chains in the areas of Healthy Snacks and Natural Spreads.
  2. Your task is to optimize the balance between cost, service, and cash while keeping an eye on the Service Level Agreements of the countries.
  3. Become a key player in the S&OP process by managing the supply area and contributing to continuous improvement.
  4. Monitor supply chain performance and proactively intervene to ensure that we always provide our customers with the best possible service.

This is what you need:
  1. A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain or a comparable field.
  2. At least 5 years of professional experience in supply planning.
  3. Initial leadership experience and strong analytical thinking.
  4. A team player with the ability to work across hierarchical and matrix organizational structures.
  5. Fluent German and English skills.
  6. Proficient IT skills (Arkieva, SAP, Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
