Digital Sales Audience Segmentation Manager

**Do you want to play a key role in the digital transformation of Sunrise UPC? In this role you will develop a function that drives the development of “digital capability“ of employees in scope in terms of mind-set, skill and culture building. Your main roles and responsibilities are**:
In this role you will you driving the segmentation and audience build up topic for customer acquisition and working together with a strong multi-disciplinary team of Digital Marketing Managers, Content Managers, Business Analysts and Marketing Automation experts. The team operates in a fully Agile way of working.
As we transition to a world where our customers interact in more digital ‘conversations’ and interactions, the role will be responsible to drive new customer acquisition and support state-of-art Sales customer journeys.
- Develop and oversee audience development and testing strategies
- Creates audience segmentation for targeted acquisition and retention campaigns
- Works with 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data to generate audience and customer insights
- Ongoing segmentation and analysis of customer structure and behavior (customer journey) on website and digital marketing channels
- Development of online marketing concepts for new customer acquisition
- Development of personalized and automated CRM campaigns to retain existing customers
**What we look for in an applicant**:
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe and further Web analytics tools
- Hands-on experience of working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Experience of the Programmatic Media DSPs
- Professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on data analysis
- Experience in working with CRM tools
- Ability to conduct complex research including target group research and customer segmentation, as well as interpretation of relevant numbers
- Excellent user skills in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- 4+ years in media with concentration in audience research
Some basics:
- Solution oriented - comfortable with seeking out new technology, media, creative resources and to create opportunities for clients
- Worked in digital organisations or have a passion to be a real digital champion and obsessed about the customer experience
- You may even have a degree or masters, but more importantly have done some of this before or are a digital native
- Willing to go on a ride to overcome some obstacles, do new things, constantly learn and able to work in a high-paced environment with hands-on approach
- Good at talking to people and solving problems together
- Finally, you can tell stories in English, preferably good ones
