**About the team**:
The Digital Sales organization at Sunrise is rewriting the telecom digital marketing playbook. We are responsible for optimizing website traffic, maximizing online revenue, and improving onsite customer experience using technology and automated levers. As we transition to a world where our customers interact in more digital conversations and interactions, the role will be directly responsible for new customer acquisition and support state-of-art sales

customer journeys.

**Where We See This Role Going**:
In this role you will have the end-to-end ownership of the Social Media Marketing channel. Working alongside with a strong cross functional team of Digital Marketing Managers, Content Managers, Business Analysts and Marketing Automation experts. The team operates in a fully Agile way of working.

**Key job responsibilities**:
Strategize
- Define Sunrise’s Social Media strategy and prioritize the backlog
- Integrate campaigns within Omni channel Media strategies
- Define the primary and guardrail KPIs to measure Social Media performance
- Undertake audience research

Execute
- Create Social Media campaigns with branding and performance KPIs in collaboration with lead agency partner
- Master all nuances across Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn and new platforms (e.g. TikTok)
- Coordinate agency partner relations and oversees the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.
- Recommend the best use of data within key social media platforms from building out of custom audiences to best in class measurement
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Partner with other channels to retarget customers across social media platforms and deliver sustainable growth

Report
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Set targets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales

**Your**
**competencies***:
To be successful in this role, you need to be a self-starter, thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, know how to juggle multiple priorities and tight timeframes, and navigate and partner with a large set of internal and external stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of the social media landscape
- Proven competency and knowledge of social platforms, tools, and performance tracking. E.g., Facebook Ads Manager + other related tools within the Facebook product suite.
- Know-how of a Customer Data Platform, Demand Side Platform, and Data Management Platforms
- Basic understanding of Data compliance in the Marketing sphere
- 5+ years in digital performance marketing (of which a part in social media marketing)
- 3+ years hands on experience with reporting and analysis for social channels and social efforts.
- Experience developing editorial, copywriting, and/or social media content.
- Worked in digital organizations or have a passion to be a real digital champion and obsessed about the customer experience
- Good at talking to people and solving problems together
- Finally, you can tell stories in English, preferably good ones

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of SQL, python
- Knowledge about Machine Learning & Statistics
- You speak another European languages French/German/Italian
