Nous sommes un groupe de trois restaurants - Un Po’ Di Più, Villa Malfi et Lupaia - avec une gestion administrative centralisée dans nos bureaux situés à l’Avenue du Théâtre 2. Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un-e Office Manager. Ce rôle clé implique une collaboration étroite avec la direction générale, le comptable et les managers de chacun de nos établissements. Vous intégrerez une équipe jeune mais professionnelle.
**Gestion RH**:
- Gérer les contrats de travail et la documentation associée.
- Accompagner les responsables dans le processus de recrutement et d’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
- Veiller à la conformité des plannings et des contrats avec les réglementations en vigueur.
- Être l'interlocuteur principal auprès des différentes autorités (administration publique, assurances sociales, services cantonaux, etc.).
**Administration du personnel**:
- Assurer l’enregistrement des nouveaux collaborateurs (permis de travail, numéros d’assurances sociales, etc.).
- Gérer les départs des employés (dossiers de sortie, documents administratifs, certificats de travail).
- Maintenir à jour le registre du personnel et les dossiers administratifs.
- Suivre les échéances et mises à jour des permis de travail et autres documents légaux.
- Administrer les allocations familiales et la gestion des sinistres avec les assurances.
**Comptabilité**:
- Saisir les paiements et les faire valider au Directeur Général
- Être en lien étroit avec les managers des établissements pour s’assurer de la véracité des factures
- S’assurer que les fournisseurs respectent nos conditions (délai de paiement, séparation food/drinks)
- Classer et organiser les documents comptables (factures, relevés, etc.).
- Support au service de comptabilité (saisie des opérations courantes pour la comptabilité interne)
**Diverses tâches**:
- Faire le lien avec les prestataires externes (maintenance technique, gestion des déchets, entretien des locaux, etc.).
- Communiquer avec les équipes internes sur les mises à jour réglementaires, changements de processus et autres informations importantes.
- Gérer divers projets opérationnels (recherche de matériel, organisation logistique, etc.).
- Assurer des tâches administratives telles que la gestion du courrier, la préparation de rapports et le classement de documents.
- Gérer les stocks du bureau, la femme de ménage et la relation avec la gérance
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, avec une expertise particulière en gestion des ressources humaines.
- Vous maîtrisez les démarches administratives avec les autorités, notamment celles liées aux permis de travail, aux assurances sociales et aux obligations légales.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques courants
- Rigoureux-se, organisé-e, vous appréciez collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs
- Langue : français obligatoire, italien un plus
