The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), founded in 1926, is the world-governing body of the sport of table tennis with 227 member Associations in the world. The ITTF supervises the staging of World Championships annually, and several other world title events. Around 120 international tournaments are sanctioned by the ITTF yearly. Its main function is to govern and develop the sport for the benefit of over thirty million competitive players in all parts of the world.

Table Tennis is an Olympic and Paralympic sport and is in the programme of the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games as well as of all Multisport Games.

The ITTF is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator who is meticulous and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ITTF HQ Office in Lausanne.

**LOCATION**:The position will be based in the ITTF HQ office in Lausanne, Switzerland.

**MANAGER**:The ITTF Office Administrator will report to the ITTF Secretary General.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as a first point of contact for visitors and general enquiries
- Manage the office premises and its supplies
- Plan, book and schedule travel arrangements team members
- Maintain calendar diaries and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate venues, agendas and minutes for various meetings
- Respond to requests for information and help from public
- Perform tasks as required by the ITTF Secretary General and Management

**SELECTION CRITERIA**:
**Essential Criteria**
- Experience and understanding of administrative of local rules and regulations
- Ability to act with discretion
- Excellent organization skills and flexibility
- IT Office skills (Microsoft office, MacOS environment, etc. )
- French / English speaker, ideally with a good level of German (B2 -C1)
- Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay organised and help others around stay organised as well
