**About the Head of Marketing Position**:
The adoption of robots has been growing every year, driven by increasing demand (for reasons like lack of human labor, health/safety considerations, quality/repeatability, speed,) and technological advancements (IoT, sensor developments, machine learning,). Close to 500 Thousands robots are installed annually, and the average growth rate until 2028 is projected to be above 11%. Besides traditional industrial robots, Collaborative robots (Cobots) are growing at an even faster pace, and new robots like humanoids are emerging. Bota Systems is at the forefront of this development by providing leading-technology force-torque sensors that enable robots to feel and touch like humans which opens up many new areas of robot operations, like surgery, inspection, rehabilitation, or precision assembly.
**What you will do**:
- Develop marketing and communication strategy, with respect to the company's newest products, budget and brand using state of the art methodologies
- You co-develop and influence the overall company branding
- Content generation for technical marketing
- Conduct (new) market analysis
- Identify (new) product opportunities
- Identify (new) business model opportunities
- Steering and oversight of media-, creative
- and web-agencies
- Establishing media relations and analyze media coverage
- Define event plan (exhibitions, conferences)
- Create sales leads, help defining sales target list
- Support technical sales team (establish connections, attend meetings if needed)
- Definition, optimization and implementation of monitoring tools
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering background is welcome
- Min. 5 years of proven success in marketing responsibility for technical products (B-t-B) in global markets, thereof min. 3 years with automation / IoT / Robotics products
- Professional network in our industries and markets, knowing the relevant industry organizations, trade shows, etc.
- As a team player with start-up DNA, you know how to collaborate, motivate and develop in a diverse team
- Experienced working with offline & online marketing, content marketing
- Familiarity with design tools for content creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
