**My duties**
- Update YOL process documents
- Read through instructions of a process and check whether the processes are still correct and up-to-date
- If a process is not up-to-date it needs to be updated/corrected in the documents
- Prepare documentation and get approval to have them translated

**My qualifications**
- Microsoft Knowledge, specifically and mostly Power Point
- Fluent in German and English grammar
- Experience with CRM systems
- Telco Background
