Dexom in EMEA is looking for a

**Sr. Director Commercial Strategy EMEA**:
The position can be filled remotely out of any country in EMEA in which we have an affiliate. Please note that you must have a valid work permit for the United Kingdom to be able to work from the United Kingdom.

**Position Summary**:
The Sr. Director Commercial Strategy, through direct and collaborative relationships, will support regional leadership with identifying, prioritizing, and monitoring execution of growth strategies including market development & market share strategies to deliver on EMEAILA’s vision and strategic plan. The incumbent will identify growth opportunities linked to key strategies and support the execution of the resulting projects. The role will work in close collaboration with the Leadership team of EMEAILA and global Strategy team.

The Strategy Director will be someone who:

- Is a naturally quantitative, analytical person who can synthesize complex data and derive new strategic insights
- Is equally comfortable working with detailed analysis and high-level strategy
- Is commercially minded. Prior experience of leading a commercial organization or combined industry and consulting experience would be valued
- Can gain and project informal authority, trust and confidence beyond their positional authority
- Is comfortable working with senior leaders, leading a team and working across boundaries

The role will work closely with the country/regional and various functional leaders (e.g. Finance, market access, marketing, business transformation) to support the commercial transformation and growth acceleration of the EMEAILA region.

Reporting solid line to the EMEAILA Senior Vice President & GM and dotted line to the VP Strategic Planning. The role will be part of the EMEAILA Leadership team and participate in the global strategy team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, initiating, monitoring and/or prioritizing regional strategy projects and process improvement initiatives, facilitating successful, on-time and within budget execution
- Responsible for managing the regular strategic planning process for EMEAILA working closely with the EMEAILA and country leadership and ensuring strategic alignment with overall corporate objectives
- Accountable for connecting the regional 3-year strategic plan, initiative tracking and coordinating with the global strategy ensuring integration with the long-term strategic plan
- Responsible for identifying new growth opportunities for EMEAILT, leading the regional development and supporting their execution for the region
- Responsible for designing and providing program management tracking and reporting of all key strategic initiatives across EMEAILA to the EMEAILA SVP and LT
- Directs day to day activities for multiple work-stream teams through managing project plans, resourcing, status reporting, resolving issues, identifying project risks and accountability for deliverables across multiple functional organizations
- Serve as regional central point of contact for the global strategy team providing specific regional and country level insights, intelligence and strategic planning to inform overall global strategy

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Requires broad management knowledge and experience to lead project teams in multiple job areas
- Healthcare or medical device experience
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, an MBA is preferred
- Work experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience

Additional requirements (preferences):

- Experience in a large global corporate matrix environment
- Experience in consulting
