**OBJECTIVE**:
Global Portfolio Division is a newly formed business within Takeda, brought together to position Takeda’s future success by growing our global brands - through lifecycle management, geographic expansion and market penetration - as well as supporting continued growth of our late-stage pipeline and driving best-in-class launches. GPD is made up of over 12,000 FTE across 77 countries and is based in three main regions: EUCAN, Growth & Emerging Markets (GEM) and China. Additionally, we have 3 global organizations: Vaccines Business Unit, GPLS, and Global Medical as well as business partner functions such as DD&T, Finance, HR and Communications. The Global Portfolio Division represents 30% of Takeda’s revenues and this is expected to grow to 40% over the next three years. It is also accountable for the vast majority of the near-term growth.

The creation of this division provides a unique opportunity to implement an integrated talent identification and development model, enabling talent mobility and embedding lifelong learning. We are seeking an innovative leader to spearhead the implementation of the new model for talent.
- Using people metrics and analytics to improve HR performance and drive business performance as well as improve the employee experience so employees can thrive. Define and lead projects that drive significant insights and change across topics including workforce planning, employee experience, DE&I, attrition, succession planning and talent acquisition.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders driving strategic, high value workforce-related projects. Using an understanding of the businesses, provide valuable insights to improve our workforce strategy.
- As an individual contributor, collaborate with Talent, People Advisory Group and HRBP's as a liaison to the People Analytics team. Acting as an advisor, building their ability to access, interpret, and take action on insights through People Analytics solutions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**GPD Analytics & Insights**
- Collaborate with embedded HR partners to understand HR strategy, business strategy and areas of opportunity to better support employee and both HR and business strategies
- Support the creation of HR KPIs for HR Leaders across GPD and the creation of people related KPIs for GPD TET leaders
- Share global insights from People Analytics to GPD HR teams. Support communication of new tools and resources available to the HR community provided by the People Analytics team
- Conduct analyses on topics such as hybrid working models, retention, engagement, and DE&I for total GPD and for the BU/Fs within GPD
- Support GPD initiatives requiring analytics or measurement strategies such as GPD transformation, strategic workforce planning, employee experience, succession planning, TA Programs and Process Excellence

**People Analytics**
- Launch global survey initiatives like EES, exit survey, onboarding survey and pulse surveys
- Conduct enterprise wide, advanced analytics on topics such as hybrid working models, retention, engagement, and DE&I. Conduct high-level analyses on these topics at a BU/F level
- Create and acquire new data sources such as internal mobility data, Talent Neuron, external benchmarks and more. This includes working with partners such as HRLT, TET Leaders, Legal, Data Governance, Work Councils and others to receive required approval
- Support HR Community’s capability development to become data-driven organization to better support employees and both HR and business strategies.
- Create self-service tools & technologies to allow HR Community to have the data and insights they need at their disposal

**Embedded HR Analytics**
- Utilize the self-service resources provided by People Analytics and TBS People Solutions to find insights related to key HR metrics to better support employees and both HR and business strategy
- Support managers and leaders to use Perceptyx action planning tool after the conclusion of the EES. Utilize the tool to help answer any additional questions or deep dives for the teams they support.
- Collaborate with the Analytics & Insights partner to 1) conduct deep dive analysis to help solve business problems 2) create On Demand/Pulse Surveys 3) identify areas of opportunity to create action plans based off of key HR metrics like turnover, engagement, DE&I, etc.

- Possess an excellent understanding of HR Analytics, including identifying trends, the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources, identify patterns and recommend additional analyses. This individual will have top notch communication skills and the ability to translate data finding
