**Global HR Analytics Manager (M/F/d)
**Responsibilities & Qualifications:
**What you can expect**:

- Delivering strategic insights about Novelis’ human capital by collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources
- Summarizing workforce data to understand engagement, turnover, retention drivers, workforce diversity, job evolution, future workforce readiness, future leader readiness, internal talent market health, knowledge, and skills gaps
- Design, build, and deliver dashboards and reports that enable the business to monitor and analyze trends in people data
- Using data management and analysis software to gather, clean, and organize human capital data and collaborating with technical team and Subject Matter Experts to define solutions to develop analytical solutions
- Driving the future of the HR Analytics team by building a vision and path for various quantitative and qualitative techniques on HR data to answer important business questions
- Recommending on pressing HR business questions such as attrition, utilization, engagement, and succession using statistical analysis, quantitative and qualitative research methods and appropriate software and tools
**How you convince us**:

- You hold a university degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or similar
- You have at least 7 years of experience in HR analytics in a global organization
- Proven ability to lead a team of 2 HR Analysts
- Experience in conducting high complex analyses and incorporate data from multiple sources to identify insights and trends
- Talented in telling a compelling story with data
- business acumen, with the ability to decipher business needs and ask questions to uncover core issues
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with emphasis on sustained accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
- Very good knowledge in creating and maintaining Power BI reports, models, datasets, dataflow as well as proficiency in SQL and expertise in statistics
- Fluent English language skills, German language skills helpful
