**Global HR Operations Partner, Motion (flexible location)**:

In this role, you will be reporting to HR Operations Manager within Global Motion HR Team and ensuring that the framework, governance and metrics are in place for executing strategy and HR priorities across the business in partnership with business team, HR services and corporate HR. You will be conveying holistic end-to-end view on HR processes and data and analyzing challenges, identifying and communicating clear and simple solutions within a complex and changing environment. This is a temporary parental leave substitution for over one year time period. **The location of this role is open to all ABB Offices and reallocation is not needed.**

HR Operations Manager, Motion

**Your responsibilities**:

- Helping business teams for understanding the current HR processes and tools and how to translate the business demand into HR practices/activities. Supporting the annual HR processes delivery and organizational changes from HR Master data perspective
- Analyzing challenges and providing findings and advice, based on data
- Providing people and organizational KPIs and ensuring the correctness of data along with initiating corrections, if needed
- Identifying and communicating simple solutions to the internal stake-holders
- Identifying needs for knowledge sharing in HR teams (in Business and in HR Services)
- Supporting the smooth onboarding for new joiners in business HR roles
- Ensuring delivery to agreed standards and targets
- Supporting in development projects and facilitating continuous improvement activities for HR in the business

**Your background**:

- Master or Bachelor of Science in Economics / Finance / Administration / Information Management / Engineering or similar.
- 2-5+ years of experience in HR / or cross-functional with international exposure.
- At ease with numbers and strong analytics assessment capabilities/expertise and understanding of business drivers and how-to best leverage HR.
- Good communicator with influencing skills.
- Service minded and problem solver.
- Results focused, and actions oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture, while taking ownership of actions.
- Fluent English language skills.
