**Your team**:

- The Pictet Group is one of the world’s leading independent wealth and asset managers. Founded in 1805 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the Group has 30 offices in financial centres worldwide and currently employs more than 5,500 people. Pictet has been present in Zurich since 1982, and the branch now counts almost 200 staff. The Zurich branch is located at the Leuenhof, one of the most impressive buildings on the prestigious Bahnhofstrasse.- Reporting to the Head of HR Wealth Management, you will lead a team of HR professionals comprising an HR Business Partner and an HR Officer, dedicated to offering HR services for the Zurich branch.
- With your in-depth understanding of the industry, you will help the business to achieve its ambitious objectives through an aligned HR strategy and highly effective processes, as well as by providing insightful advice to leaders and staff.**Your role**:

- Acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, you will translate business strategy into HR practices, position HR as a competitive differentiator and make a significant contribution to the success of the Zurich branch.
- Ensuring first-class HR delivery in areas such as recruiting (including through proactive gathering of market intelligence), talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, budgeting and compensation strategies, in collaboration with respective centre of expertise.
- Providing advice and insights on organisational design, change management, workforce planning and the handling of sensitive situations.
- Actively contributing to the development of the Pictet Zurich branch.
- Contributing to the development of company-specific HR policies and steering their implementation within the Group, in close collaboration with the central HR teams.
- Exercising appropriate risk control while implementing HR processes, ensuring that they are efficient, cost effective and business focused.

**Your profile**:

- Significant experience in a strategic senior role in HR.
- Masters’ degree in a relevant field, Swiss Federal Diploma as a Human Resources Specialist or a qualification considered equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills and at least five years’ management experience.
- Business acumen coupled with outstanding analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp business issues and understand business strategy.
- Experience in a matrix organisation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to cut through complexity.
- Highly impact-driven relationship builder and passionate trusted advisor with a proven ability to manage partnership-based relationships and reach consensus on critical matters.
- Ability to inspire client confidence by showing tact and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and showing diplomacy in the management of sensitive issues.
- Sound knowledge of labour law, social insurances and employee relations in Switzerland.
- Excellent multi-language communication skills (German and English), both written and verbal, with French as a plus.
- Ability to present views and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
