**What would you work on?**
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with various authorities, such as banks, TSO (Transmission System Operator), and stock exchanges.
- Maintaining professional and courteous relationships with business partners, promptly addressing their queries or concerns.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation, including updating, sorting, and archiving as necessary.
- Handling routine correspondence, including supplying documents, requesting information, and updating company data.
- Assisting in the preparation of simple contracts and documents, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) forms.
- University education.
- Proven experience in administrative or back office roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and document management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence with authorities and business partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent English and communicative German is a big plus.
