**Position Overview**:
We are hiring an Assistant to the Head of HR and Marketing, a pivotal role in supporting our growth in the sustainable energy sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistant to the Head of Human Resources:_
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and contribute to projects.
- Support general office and company organization.
- Assistant to the Marketing Department:_
- Research and stay abreast of digital marketing trends.
- Assess and implement new digital tools and strategies.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to content development and utilize digital analytics tools.
- Manage budget allocation for digital marketing tools.
- Facilitate team training on new digital tools.
- Collaborate with other departments for cohesive use of digital technologies.
- Support Marketing Management in developing and implementing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German, Greek, Italian, Spanish or French is a plus.
- Experience in administrative HR and marketing support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting technology.
- Willingness to relocate to Switzerland.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexibility and ability to work overtime.
- Experience in digital marketing or tech-focused marketing.
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing tools and trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**We Offer**:

- Base gross salary of 60,000 CHF per year, with potential for increase.
- Performance-based salary scaling plan and participation in the equity program.
