As a Vorwerk International (VI) design team member, you'll collaborate with your design partners, such as UX/UI experts, product owners, content managers, analytics experts and developers, to leverage and evolve Fibre, our design language. You will be part of a journey to build beautiful, innovative, inspired digital solutions that humans can easily use.
At VI, the design team is committed to achieving a clear and straightforward goal. We want to craft compelling user experiences that fulfil business needs through user-centered design methods. First and foremost, we want to enable the Vorwerk sales advisors to get in touch with prospects to showcase our excellent products. At the same time, we must support the sales advisors to inspire our loyal customers to find how to boost their product experience with accessories and additional tools available in our product catalogue. You will be part of this extraordinary and complex journey as the to-go-to person for all the interaction design-related topics. We need your expertise and creativity to achieve the business goals thanks to a bulletproof user experience. How does this sound?
Let's dive into some details of your soon-to-be job:
**How your day might look like**:

- You will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify and validate the requirements.
- You will perform on solutions focused on looking for the optimal compromise for the user needs, business goals and tech landscapes.
- Support the other teammates in effectively articulating to senior managers and stakeholders the user experience strategy benefits through high-fidelity outputs and clickable prototypes.
- Summarise and integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

**Job Requirements**:

- +3 years of experience in designing digital experiences
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills to articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms such as bespoke and bespoke and from-the-shelf solutions, and familiarity with the technical constraints and limitations of mobile and web IXD design.
- Strong knowledge of the tools and methodologies to work with technical/design teams to design user interface mockups, clickable prototypes and a FIGMA-PRO.
- Fluent in English, any further language of advantage
- Ability to travel up to 20%
