What are we looking for?Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a cohesive omnichannel strategy for eight key markets, ensuring seamless customer journeys across online and offline channels.
  2. Lead and inspire a high-performing e-commerce team to achieve sales goals, advisor recruitment, and lead generation in your markets.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to market leaders in DE, FR, IT, AT, ES, PT, PL, and UK/IR to optimize e-commerce growth.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on e-commerce initiatives.
  5. Promote a data-driven culture to continuously enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints in your markets.
  6. Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, implementing innovative solutions to improve customer journeys and sales processes.
  7. Develop and lead a diverse, collaborative, and high-performing team.
  8. Use data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Your Profile
  1. 10+ years of experience leading and scaling e-commerce operations for multinational companies, preferably in direct sales.
  2. Expertise in omnichannel strategies, integrating online and offline channels.
  3. Strong experience in building and maintaining senior-level business partnerships.
  4. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration.
  5. Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring global teams.
  6. Strategic acumen in digital best practices and international e-commerce strategies.
  7. Data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
  8. Experience in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  10. Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams with a global mindset.
  11. Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
