**job responsibilities**:

- Improving and growing the merchandising business on a global scale, by establishing and developing relationships with countries and consolidating demands
- Collecting needs and demands from the assigned markets and ensuring these are translated into delivered orders
- Careful strategic planning and positioning of products in the appropriate markets as well as supporting the enhancement of business operations
- Supporting the planning of international sales campaigns for merchandising and carrying out sales forecasts and analysis to present findings to senior management
- Developing, analyzing and revising sales, inventory, markdowns and profit goals
and collect best practices from the markets
- Developing promotional/business campaigns in cooperation with other team members and departments
- Establishing a pricing policy for merchandise (including margin targets), according to Vorwerk channels and sales strategy
- Determining pricing policy for merchandise items in campaigns (e.g. stock clearance, seasonality, etc.)

**job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 6-8 years of relevant working experience
- Incredible relationship-builder with an ability to engage, connect, and maintain relationships with a wide diversity of individuals
- Strong record of working knowledge and experience in international business development
- Monetization and revenue management competencies with experience in creating additional revenue driven by new categories and services to existing product lines
- Experience in the management of merchandising products
- Excellent at interpreting data and quantitative approaches to facilitate improvements, experimentation and decision-making
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in working SAP is of advantage
- Fluency in English and at least another language. Any other language qualification is a plus
- Team player and extensive experience in high-performance teamwork
- Good knowledge and insights into the European cleaning and cooking consumer market is a plus
- Experience of managing products and several complex stakeholders in a fast paced and competitive environment in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
