Dazu gehören drei individuelle Hotels, nah beieinander gelegen, ein vielfältiges, phantasievolles Gastronomieangebot sowie Räumlichkeiten für erfolgreiche Veranstaltungen und unvergessliche Events.

Die Laudinella Hotel Group ist stark am Expandieren, so sollen in den nächsten Monaten und Jahren verschiedene Projekte realisiert werden. Zu diesem Vorhaben gehört zum einen die Überarbeitung des F&B Angebots und zum anderen der Bau von 43 Wohneinheiten, die multiflexibel als Serviced Apartments vermarktet werden sollen.

WIR SUCHEN: Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n motivierte/n
**Rooms Division Manager **(m/w/d) in Jahresanstellung.
- Förderung und aktive Umsetzung einer kunden
- und dienstleistungsorientierten Verhaltenskultur in verschiedenen Alltags
- und Ausnahmesituationen - ganz im Sinne der vollumfänglichen Gästezufriedenheit
- Aktive Gästebetreuung und Repräsentationsaufgaben
- Durchsetzen von Standards und Spezialvorgaben einzelner Gästesegmente
- Führung der Bereiche Housekeeping, Front Desk, Events und Reservations
- Training, Weiterbildung, Förderung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
- Mitarbeiter - und Qualifikationsgespräche mit Abteilungsleitern und Mitarbeitern
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Produkte
- und Dienstleistungsangebotes für den Bereich Rooms Division
- Weiterentwicklung des Produktes und Anpassung für das Projekt Laudinella Apartments
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau / mann oder Hotelfachschule, Chef de Rèception mit eidg. Fachausweis
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Rezeption
- Führungskompetenzen
- Strategisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Leadership Qualitäten
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
